There are three major components that comprise the monthly cost for your number. Understanding how these components work can mean great savings and a more effective plan for your business.
Calling Areas
Your Calling Area selection is the most important choice for your account. Our custom Areas contain both individual area codes as well as groupings of codes based on major metropolitan populations.
Nationwide Option |
If you need to receive calls from anywhere in the U.S., then you will need a number that offers a “nationwide” pricing area. Most of our numbers have this option available. Nationwide pricing often gives you a big discount but may not always be practical, especially if you only provide services locally. |
Just My Areas Option |
If you only need to receive calls from your local area, then just select the area or areas that contain the area codes in which you offer your services or products. |
Discounts kick in at 5 or more areas (20%) and at 10 areas (same as Nationwide).

Usage Term
The Usage Term is the length of your contract committment for using the number. Committing to the longest term you feel comfortable with will save you the most money. If you aren't sure, it's best to choose month-to-month and upgrade later for savings when you are more confident. Be aware that missed payments can mean that another client may claim your number.
All contracts will automatically renew to ensure that your number is always active and you're not losing customers.
To cancel a month-to-month contract, we need 15 days written notice (email is accepted - we will send you a confirmation if we have received your email request).

Minutes
The last element of your monthly bill is your Minutes selection. We provide 100 minutes/month, free of charge. You will receive a courtesy email when you reach 75% of your minute limit and another one when you reach your cap.
Toll free number minutes work very similarly to cell phone minute plans. Your minutes are deducted whether or not your calls are local.

Your Real Time Call Reports will let you see just how many minutes you've actually used. Getting close to your cap? Then call for an increase. Not using all of your minutes? Downgrade at any time.
Be aware that your number won't work if you don't have any minutes left in your plan. If you can't risk missing calls, you can call our office to setup a special request for “automatic minute increases.”
